MEET YOUR VETERINARIAN
25+ Years of Veterinary Care, Now in South Surrey
Dr. Kanwarjeet Singh
Dr. Kanwarjeet Singh, known to clients as Dr. Rocky, brings over 25 years of veterinary experience to South Surrey. After earning his veterinary degree from Punjab Agricultural University in 2001, he practiced across a wide range of animal medicine before moving to Canada in 2020.
Dr. Rocky earned his Canadian DVM license in 2021 and built his Canadian career as an emergency veterinarian in the Lower Mainland, handling critical and time-sensitive cases for pets across Surrey, Langley, and the Fraser Valley. This emergency background shaped his calm, decisive approach to urgent situations, an experience he now brings to families across South Surrey and White Rock through Elgin Park Animal Hospital, which he founded in January 2026.
“Every pet parent deserves to leave my clinic understanding exactly what’s going on with their pet. No rushed visits. No confusing terms. Just clear, honest answers.” — Dr. Kanwarjeet “Rocky” Singh, Founder
